Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced HR and Organizational Development Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a consultant at APMS, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and organizational development principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to identify their HR and organizational development needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies that align with client business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Assist clients in policy development, compliance audits, and organizational restructuring.
  • Lead DEI initiatives, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in organizational practices.
  • Conduct workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and mediation services as needed.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and team-building workshops.
  • Facilitate change management processes during organizational transformations.
  • Support clients in workforce planning, succession management, and HR technology solutions.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and industry-specific standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing DEI initiatives, leadership programs, or workforce planning strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve workplace conflicts and conduct investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management systems).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific HR practices (e.g., healthcare, education, technology) is a plus.
