Mr. Patrick Doyle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Managing Director with APMS. He has held a number of senior and executive roles within Human Resources, encompassing unionized and non-union environments within both the private and public sectors.

As an integral member of executive teams, Mr. Doyle contributed through his strategic focus and operational expertise. His consultancy practice reflects his ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, ranging from boards of directors to senior management, employee, and community groups. Mr. Doyle continues to make a contribution at the governance table as a Board member for both professional and community organizations.

A skilled facilitator and educator, Mr. Doyle has been adjunct post-graduate faculty at Royal Roads University (Victoria) and Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, N.Y.), as well as in-house faculty for executive and management-level leadership development programs at different points in time throughout his career.

Mr. Doyle possesses a Master's of Science degree with a focus on Human Resources and Organization Development.
