American Professional Management Services (APMS) is an international management consulting and recruiting firm. Our History
APMS began operations in 2009 as an American-based extension arm to Canadian Professional Management Services (CPMS), a Canadian corporation that has been operational for over 25 years offering industry leading Human Resources, Recruitment and Retention, Labor Relations, Management and Leadership training and services. APMS has been a separate corporate entity doing international business since 2009. Our clients come from a wide range of industries, with a specific focus in Healthcare, Education, and Government entities/bodies.

Professional Standards
& Code of Ethics
APMS supports and complies with the professional standards and code of ethics suggested by the Institutes of Certified Management Consultants. This code governs the way we conduct our business practice.
The members of the Institutes of Certified Management Consultants are required to adhere to the following Code of Ethics:
• Undertake only assignments for which we have the required competence;
• Take all reasonable steps, at the outset of an engagement, to ensure that the client is fully aware of the scope and objectives of the work to be undertaken;
• Refrain from guaranteeing benefits arising from consulting services, or from making fees for professional services contingent upon results;
• Act in the best interest of the client and treat all information relative to the affairs of the client as strictly confidential;
• Inform clients of any potential business conflict of interest; and
• Advise and act in accordance with the law.
